Natalbel is a centre that flourished intending to provide accompaniment, advice and well-being to women at all stages of their lives, especially in one of the most important, pregnancy and motherhood.

For more than 10 years, Natalbel has been consolidated as a renowned childbirth preparation centre in Campo de Gibraltar, standing out from the rest for being an Approved Health Centre by Junta de Andalucía led by specialised health professionals, with extensive professional experience and updated knowledge based on the most recent research studies.

At Natalbel we understand pregnancy as a positive, marvellous and transformative experience. The fact of conceiving, gestating and giving birth to a new human being is magical.

The birth of a baby reflects the intensity, love, strength and energy that a woman’s body gives off and that empowers her making her incredibly bigger as a being.

At Natalbel we strive to help women prepare for this decisive event in their lives and that of their babies.

This preparation encompasses body and mind, as well as the theory that encompasses everything that has to do with pregnancy and childbirth so that they have information and decision-making power about your body.

For us, it is of utmost importance to eliminate fear to conceptualize pregnancy and childbirth as a natural process for which the woman is perfectly designed and trained.

At Natalbel we offer the weapons to combat fear and anxiety related to childbirth resulting from the limiting beliefs and myths surrounding childbirth.

Natalbel provides pregnant women with complete physical, mental and theoretical training and also accompanies all clients throughout the entire process: pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and parenting, understanding the special needs of each phase on a physical and emotional level.
