Don’t worry if you’ve never practised it. At Natalbel we adapt to your needs and prioritize your comfort as a goal. As it is a low-impact activity, it can be practised from the first day of pregnancy, always in professional hands who will make this practice safe and beneficial.
You will practice exercises that loosen the joints of your pelvis for a better response on the day of delivery. In addition, some of the positions will favour the descent of the baby, depending on the different phases.
Among some of its many benefits, is the improvement of your blood circulation, calming the swelling in the legs, ankles and feet. You will gain flexibility in all the joints of the body and strengthen your body muscles, especially your spine and abdomen, helping to support the baby’s weight correctly and healthily. You will feel relief from discomfort such as tired legs, varicose veins, sciatica, fatigue.
Not forgetting the emotional benefits. Connecting more closely with your baby and clearing your mind.
Thanks to yoga for pregnant women, we prepare you for childbirth and help you reduce pain during it. Even being able to reduce the probability of having a cesarean section. Also, thanks to the practice of this modality, your body will respond better for its recovery after childbirth.
Our classes are adapted to you, so the exercises will be appropriate for your pregnancy term, existing first, second and third trimesters.
